Manager - Compensation & Benefit

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits policy and procedures.
  • Conduct salary survey and prepare C&B analysis & reports.
  • Formulating the internal salary band for the company
  • Assist in HRIS enhancement and implementation.
  • Support the annual salary review and bonus process.
  • Assist in the annual review and renewal of benefit provision.
  • Assist in any ad hoc project or reporting whenever assigned by superior.
  • Job Requirements

  • University degree with 5 years’ working experience in human resources; at least 3 years in compensation and benefits in sizable company.
  • Good analytical and organization skills.
  • Experience in SAP HR System.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
