for someone who has

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years relevant experience in L&D, with the ability to manage full training cycle
  • Sound knowledge in computer applications and hands-on experience in digital tools and technologies
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking and with other language skill would be an advantage
