Job Summary

  • Supervise daily operation of the front desk ensuring our a prompt and quality service is provided by our hotel guests
  • Able to communicate to guest with enthusiastic at the same time meeting the hotel standard
  • Handle effectively with customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor all the duties are performed and adhered to the standards and expectation set by Front Office Manager, and maintain effective management of the department
  • Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years Front Office operation experience with minimum 2 years at supervisory or assistant managerial position
  • Flexible, independent, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal communication skills plus leadership skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
