Senior Director, Go to Market Quality Lead, Asia Pacific

The role of the Senior Director is to lead our Asia Go to Market & Affiliate Quality team. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring products in the APAC region meet and maintain the Estee Lauder Quality System standards from manufacturing plant release all the way to the consumer & destination market requirements.

He / she will be responsible for evaluating distribution performance and compliance and addressing issues.

What You Will Achieve

As part of our dynamic team, you will :

  • Support the definition and enhancement of standards, processes and systems needed for the region to meet the business and strategic objectives
  • Review current As-Is process / system and drive continuous improvement on identified process / system gaps
  • Develop action plans for execution of strategy in with key stakeholders
  • Manage an effective risk-based warehouse / distribution qualification, auditing, monitoring and CAPA program
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate KPI, metrics, scorecards to prioritize team effort to ensure execution with excellence against goals.
  • What You Will Need

  • Good understanding of relevant government / custom regulations and Warehousing & Distribution best practices, continuous improvement adopting lean methodology
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, influencing and negotiation skill
  • A strong project management leader who is agile and collaborative in working with global / regional / local stakeholders.
