The CUHK Business School is recruiting a high calibre candidate for the post of Administrative Director (Graduate Career Management).

Reporting to the Director of MBA Programmes, the Administrative Director supervises specialised teams in the development and delivery of a comprehensive career opportunities and development programmes, with the goal of supporting graduate students in attaining their career goals and achieving high student employment metrics.
Main duties include (1) formulating strategies and implementing action plans to enhance career development of graduate students and recent graduates through, for example, career counselling / workshop / talks, internships, business consultancy projects, soft skills training, company talks, Alumni Mentorship programmes, etc.
and (6) collaborating with other offices within the School in building career and networking opportunities for the master’s programmes, etc.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
