In an exciting opportunity to join the International Analytics & Insights team, the Director of A&I Asia is a newly created position that will help unlock growth for this critical region.

In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across Asia to drive data-driven decisions as well as help develop a deeper understanding of the evolving marketplace, cultural trends, and consumer needs.


  • Partner with our Master Franchisees to conduct ongoing assessments of the QSR market and competitive landscape, and develop deeper understanding of evolving consumer trends and needs
  • Drive adoption and integration of advanced analytics and insights and across the Domino’s organization
  • Educate the Master Franchisees to make disciplined decisions based on analytics and research
  • Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners within Domino’s International and our Master Franchisee organizations to identify and implement sales growth strategies in Asia
  • Consult Asia markets on key topics such as market segmentation, pricing research and analytics, brand strategy and communication, media mix modeling, owned and paid digital media, and product development research
  • Guide Master Franchisees on how to best build and advance their own internal analytics and insights teams
  • Ability to synthesize insights across several data sources and clearly explain / present learnings and insights to an executive audience
  • Prioritize projects within and across markets to focus the team on areas that will drive Domino’s growth
  • Collaborate with International marketing, business consulting, technology, supply chain, and training teams to identify opportunities and set priorities for Domino’s markets worldwide
  • Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing between markets
  • Form trusted relationships with regional research and analytics agencies
  • Create a team spirit of excitement and positive motivation
  • Hire and develop one direct report
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field, Masters or MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in advanced analytics or consumer insights, preferably in food service or packaged goods
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentation ability
  • Ability to gain consensus among various groups (selling and persuasion skills)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain influential relationships
  • Experience working in the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong preference for fluency in Mandarin
  • Ability to travel 25-40%
