Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the team in deal management, including preparation of document for signing
  • Organise and archive documents related to completed and ongoing transactions
  • Assist with the preparation, review and proofreading of transaction documents
  • Assist with gathering of client onboarding documents
  • Conduct research on and identify any changes to laws and regulations applicable to our services
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests, as required
  • Deliver agreed standards of client service and monitoring performance on a regular basis
  • Understand and ensure compliance of the applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a comparable practice, prior experience in Debt Capital Markets work is advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in law from an accredited college or university
  • Ability and willingness to learn and tackle new challenges, in addition to being resourceful and flexible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • Commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs, timelines and delivering solutions
  • Excellent time management skills in handling multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail, committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their clients and the team as a whole, a role model to others and a true team player
