Our retail and service locations are on the front lines of ourmission. Regional Operations Managers provide operational support to enable ourlocations to run as effectively as possible and provide an exceptionalexperience to our customers.
Regional Operations Managers act as the primary liaison betweenheadquarters and key stakeholders across their assigned region.
To do this,Regional Operations Managers work closely with business partners ranging fromoperations, finance, procurement, marketing, sales, service, local sitemanagers, etc.
Work cross functionally to build a structured and scalableoperations program to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experiencefor our sales, service and delivery locations.
Meet with each General Manager on a monthly basis and StoreManager on a quarterly basis to review priorities and status of currentprojects
Conduct frequent touch base with each local store operationscontact within the territory and ensure sign-off on local operational tasks
Act as an advocate by communicating needs of work environmentimprovements for all locations within the assigned region
Visit each store location within territory on a quarterly basis
Support local implementation of operational changes / initiativessuch as new product introductions, graphics deployments, uniform standards,food & beverage offerings, etc.
Support fleet management by ensuring all stores comply withstandard configuration and showroom staging guidelines
Manage efforts on New Store Openings (NSO’s) and Remodels withinterritory. Act as the liaison between all business partners, includingconstruction, design, real estate, legal and the field teams to implement allaspects of an NSO or Remodels, ensuring the site opens on time and to Teslastandards.
Submit and track local operational improvement requests on behalfof store locations, and partner with facilities team for retail, service, andoffice locations to ensure completion
Communicate with all relevant parties to support prompt resolutionof escalations related to emergency repair / maintenance requests and recurringservices (i.
e. paint, landscaping, snow removal, etc.).
Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hocinitiatives such as special events, product launches, etc.
Drive workplace environment operations through the establishmentand program development of office management, facilities management, strategicspace planning, moves, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn newsystems quickly
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule with approximately50-70% travel
Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying,2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
