Duties

Conduct library search and literature review;

Liaise with and co-ordinate teachers, students and parents in schools;

Assist in data collection and focus group / case study interviews;

Co-ordinate student helpers for input and transcription of data;

Conduct multivariate statistical analyses;

Design research questions, interview guidelines for qualitative interviews such as focus groups, case studies, and conduct qualitative research analyses; and

Assist in writing the quantitative and qualitative research reports.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Psychology / Social Work / Education, with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University.

Candidates with a PhD degree and no more than 3 years of experience after the award of a PhD degree may be considered for appointment as Postdoc.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
