We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Client Manager. Principal responsibilities
Lead a team to engage new and existing global banking customers in the completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) profiles for account opening, periodic review and trigger review
Work closely with business units and offshore functional teams to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) check on clients
Act as dedicated point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
Ensure the whole CDD process are compliance with regulatory, Group & the Bank's requirements
Monitor and supervise the team to complete the assigned projects / tasks on time and deliver the quality services to counterparts
Effective leadership including line management responsibility for a team
Identify ongoing training needs and arrange coaching to ensure all staff achieve competency within reasonable timeframe and maintain competency level
University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in banking industry and at least 2 years of management experience preferred
Sound knowledge of commercial banking products is a must
Good understanding of Customer Due Diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirement
Sound time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
Proficient In MS Office and Outlook
Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese spoken and written
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
