Portfolio Operations is responsible for the maths and science behind allocations, currently based on percentage of Marcom spend taking revenue into account.
This methodology is to be continually reviewed to reflect fair allocation. Portfolio Operations is responsible for both production hours working with Agency Operations on external hours with our Global Production agencies based on the SOW and contract negotiations reflecting the requirements of the businesses, and creative hours.
Working as an integral part of the creative operations team, the Portfolio Prioritization Planner arranges quarterly meetings to discuss the expected pipeline of work with Traffic, Studio Directors, CCMs and effectively manages and prioritizes the portfolio of projects annually and quarterly with the five GM Business Leaders and their teams.
This individual will be responsible for identifying all campaign and BU priorities for the coming quarter, reporting on what can be achieved, and, ensuring the businesses are aware of what is achievable in the pipeline of requested work.
They are also responsible for updating the Businesses regularly on how the allocation is being used on a monthly basis, providing real time burn reports.
The Portfolio Operations Manager will be a trusted advisor to the Businesses, COE and the Global Head of Studio Operations providing detailed analytical reporting for the quarterly campaign and business council.
This individual will review the mutually agreed on formula of marketing spend and revenue, collaborating with the Businesses and the Global Head of Studio Operations, traffic and studios to build a master studio schedule based on the quarterly planning sessions, and provide real time status reports on projects in the pipeline.
