  • Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Work on the day to day recruitment process for assigned client in a consultative manner with Hiring Managers on business needs.
  • Understand the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
  • Weekly status calls with suppliers to ensure they know what job requisitions to focus on
  • Day to day issue resolution which may include contractor performance, payment / timesheets, or contractor rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the liaison between the client and suppliers to successfully manage order fulfillment.
  • Assist in generating program reports
  • Coordinate offboarding activities as and when required
  • Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment and comfortable to liaise with APAC Suppliers / Contractors
  • Good interpersonal and follow up skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • IT savvy
  • Meticulous and eye for details
  • Ability to speak and write Cantonese will be an advantage
