  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Experience in overseeing IT-related projects
  • Capable of breaking down complex procedures into user-friendly, logical steps for non-technical end-users
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • University graduate, preferably in a business or technical field
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in decision support, business analyst / project management, preferably from insurance / pension / banking industries
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Sharp business and technical acumen, with knowledge in MPF an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-initiated and highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience in agile methodologies preferred
  • On the job you will :

  • Work with cross functional teams to drive and execute customer and channel digital solutions
  • Work closely with BA and IT on detailed requirements, use cases and user stories ensuring the solutions meet the business needs
  • Oversee project schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, and resources management, etc.
  • Track and monitor the released digital functions / features and support continuous enhancement to keep pace with market demands
