POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all Digital strategies & Media activities in Hong Kong & Macau
This is a dual role which requires candidate to have an extensive experience across digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
HIERARCHICAL REPORT
The Digital & Media Manager reports to the Communication Director
RESPONSIBILITES
This is a dual role which the candidate will be overseeing for both local advertising and digital initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau, and to proactively lead the strategy development and executions.
Manage media budget and be responsible for online & offline advertising for HK which includes media strategy, planning, execution, evaluation, and measurement for all product categories, institutional and corporate campaigns
Provide recommendation to develop social media initiatives, such as creating local social content for occasions / events.
Responsible for data-driven marketing and paid search
Lead the team to manage website contents and social media pages Facebook & WeChat Mini-program)
Work closely with ecommerce and regional team to strategize e-commerce strategies, and to roll out ecommerce initiatives such as commercial push, third party content creation, website optimization, client service and experience
Plan and execute digital campaigns and content targeting Chinese travelers
Support regional team to allocate right local resources to roll out regional digital and transformation projects
Work hand in hand with regional team to initiate and roll out local digital strategies, including but not limited to omnichannel, new retail, phygital, digital content and virtual experience across Retail, Specialist, E-commerce, High Jewelry, Marketing, CRM, Event and Communication functions to drive business growth
Closely monitor digital landscape and competitors’ activities
Maintain good relationship with headquarters, regional function, media agency, digital agency, and production house
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
University graduate
Strong in both interpersonal & communication skills
Innovative, good team player, good analytical skills and details oriented
Strong Computer skills : Word, Excel and Power Point.
Strong Digital expertise
Specific competencies : Experience in both agency and retail / luxury industry will be a plus
Professional experience : 10+ years working experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and advertising
Languages : English (required) Cantonese (required) Mandarin (required)
