You will :

  • assess the current work processes of the Racing Operations Model and Non-Racing support functions and incorporate improved operating procedures in a new operating model
  • assist in developing a new operating model which adopts stochastic process and scenarios
  • focus on alignment mapping of the current state (as-is) KPIs and processes to newly designed processes and improved KPIs.
  • In the redesign of the process, opportunities for productivity and efficiency gain along the value stream will also be identified with improvement recommendations

  • build complex financial models
  • plan, implement and project manage business process improvement in the Club using industry best practices for Capabilities Mapping
  • You should have :

  • relevant post graduate qualifications from a top class university in Business, IT or Finance
  • at least 8 years of demonstrable experience as a hands-on project lead in business process improvement or optimisation projects
  • knowledgeable and experience in Operations Management
  • Six Sigma Black Belt qualification is preferred
  • strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • strong numerical analysis and statistical analysis capabilities
  • excellent with MS Excel, Excel for Six Sigma, Powerpoint, and Visio
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.

    Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
