You will :
assist in developing a new Racing Operating Model by assessing the current work processes of the Racing Operations Model and Non-
Racing support functions and incorporating improved operating procedures in the new operating model
plan, implement and project manage business process improvement in the Club using industry best practices for Capabilities Mapping
apply process re-engineering techniques, e.g., parallel processing, and optimisation principles to establish the appropriate improvement solutions
focus on alignment mapping of the current state (as-is) KPIs and processes to newly designed processes and improved KPIs.
In the redesign of the process, opportunities for productivity and efficiency gain along the value stream will also be identified with improvement recommendations
design, manage and monitor process stability post implementation to ensure the variance of the improved process is within control limits
develop a framework or methodology that integrates process optimisation, capabilities review and systems requirements
develop the tools and programmes to drive process improvement projects and facilitate change management associated with the improvement or re-design
develop improved metrics and KPIs for the optimised process to track and monitor their effectiveness
deliver operational excellence through the deployment of quantified and benchmarked improvement objectives covering delivery of business value productivity and efficiency
You should have :
relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, industrial engineering, operations management, IT or Finance
at least 10 years of demonstrable experience as a hands-on project lead in business process improvement or optimisation projects
knowledgeable and experience in Operations Management
Six Sigma Black Belt qualification is preferred
strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
strong numerical analysis and statistical analysis capabilities
excellent with MS Excel, Excel for Six Sigma, Powerpoint, and Visio
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
