One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking HR & Administration Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsible for day-to-day & all-round office administration duties, such as : office supplies, equipment, and inventory, hotel and transportation arrangement
Maintain the proper filing system by hard copy record-keeping, staff claims, medical and leave records and system input
To provide quality administrative and secretarial support to special projects, such as office renovation, removal, employee purchase, annual dinner, regional meetings as assigned by management
Assist in organizing various company functions
Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Diploma or above with 2 years plus service industry experience
Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
Detailed minded and well organized
Team player, with good interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
Immediate available will be advantage
