HR & Administration Assistant

One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking HR & Administration Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.


  • Responsible for day-to-day & all-round office administration duties, such as : office supplies, equipment, and inventory, hotel and transportation arrangement
  • Maintain the proper filing system by hard copy record-keeping, staff claims, medical and leave records and system input
  • To provide quality administrative and secretarial support to special projects, such as office renovation, removal, employee purchase, annual dinner, regional meetings as assigned by management
  • Assist in organizing various company functions
  • Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 2 years plus service industry experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Detailed minded and well organized
  • Team player, with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
  • Immediate available will be advantage
