Responsibilities
Perform daily operations of settlement activities for global equities, Fixed Income, FX and MM;
Process daily tasks include trade matching and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficiently;
Liaise directly with front office, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues;
Conduct margin calls with counterparties;
Prepare settlement weekly and monthly reports;
Ensure daily relevant processing are completed properly within pre-defined deadline;
Escalate any issue to Team Manager's attention in timely manner;
Participate in UAT for any new system enhancement and implementation;
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement
Degree or above;
Responsible, self-motivated, independent able to work under pressure and has a logical mindset;
At least 3 years relevant settlement experience in an investment bank or an asset management company;
Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
Immediate available will be an advantage.
