Responsibilities :

  • Motivate staffs to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Lead and coach the team, demonstrate a strong selling skills and customer service sense.
  • Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and applies strategies to deliver best results through merchandising and visual representation.
  • Assist in store administration and ensure policies and procedures are compiled;
  • Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above in any disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ experience in a retail operation, in which at least 4 years in shop management level (preferably with wine & tobacco experience)
  • Demonstrates business acumen, ability to communicate effectively with customers, and different internal department.
  • Sales driven, strong leadership skill and service oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Energetic, cheerful and passionate
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
