Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-line technical support by assisting user with technical problems via phone and email
  • PerformTechnical Support for users both Software and Hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Shift duties are required
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
  • 3 years in customer service; Experience in Information Services hotline support is in advantage
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
