As our Human Resources Manager , you will play a vital role in building the management and operational teams of foodpanda Cambodia.
For a start, you will be working together closely with the Country Manager. It is important for us that you bring the right skills and drive, but also that you fit into our team if you have ambitious goals and thrive in a competitive & fast-paced environment, you are the right person for the role!
This position is based in Cambodia.
What’s on your menu?
Develop and oversee all HR policies, procedures and practices to match with business needs and strategies, in accordance with stated corporate objectives and legal requirements
Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, selection and placement of our future pandas
Coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation
Develop and review HR policies, procedures and practices to match with business needs and strategies, in accordance with stated corporate objectives and legal requirements
Identify potential employee-relations issues and make recommendations to resolve them
Solve a range of straightforward HR problems; analyse and recommend possible solutions using standard procedures.
Ensure timely employee benefits enrolment, review and renewal process
Handle payroll calculations and month-end reporting submission
Be a brand ambassador by representing and building foodpanda as the employer of choice in Cambodia
Improve and maintain the internal employees’ satisfaction
What do you bring to the table?
At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Human Resources
Familiar with local Cambodia employment & labour laws
Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative
Good stakeholder management skills and willing to go the extra mile
Fluency in English
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, working both independently and as a part of a team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other related software
