The challenge is to :
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to execute key Own Brand launches across Health & Beauty, Personal Care and Baby Care categories
Support the Own Brand Marketing Manager in the development of the annual marketing calendar, sustaining activation plans, budget tracking for cross-categories and multi-brands
Proactively monitor and analyse market intelligence, translate insights into actions to differentiate and boost customers’ shift to Own Brands
Drive cross-department synergy with Commercial, Operations, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM & Digital teams to deliver a cohesive marketing brand plans for Own Brand
Responsible for special projects, launches, and daily marketing tasks as assigned
Prepare marketing presentation materials
Do you have experience in retail / FMCG marketing?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience especially in FMCG or retail industries are highly preferred
Creative, adaptable, high learning agility, self- motivated, result driven and enjoy working in fast paced organization
An open-minded self-starter with abilities to handle multiple projects under tight schedule
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
