The Department

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.

The Customer Digital Experience Department is responsible for leading and managing development projects of digital wagering experience and customer service digital transformation.

Besides project management, its scope includes content requirement definition, user-interface and user experience design, as well as the look and feel based on customer insights and product requirements.

You will

  • Support Customer Digital Experience Executive Manager and Development Manager and in managing projects with external service providers (e.
  • g. banks and digital giants) and exploring new Fintech initiatives

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into desirable digital solution and user requirements
  • Create detailed user requirements including requirement specification, information architecture, wireframe and interactive prototype
  • Convey the product requirements to IT and external vendor. Evaluate their solution, especially on front-end experience to improve customer experiences
  • Perform user acceptance test and support in product launch
  • Support Customer Digital Experience Development Manager on Funds Transfer related initiatives
  • Perform any duty assigned by supervisor
  • You should have

  • A degree with at least 7 years in project management or business analyst, with experience of working in customer-centred design and development on digital products, such as web / mobile applications
  • Experience in banking industry / ePayment solution would be an advantage
  • Experience of communicating at all levels
  • Strong business sense and ability to take the customer’s viewpoint
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and external stakeholders to achieve the targeted business results
  • Strong technical and domain knowledge in ePayment
  • Good inter-personal sensitivity and effective communication skills
  • Good team player in managing internal and external business partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
  • Knowledge in Access and data mining techniques are highly preferable
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with numerical sense
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.

    Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
