Sous Chef - Gaddi's Kitchen
Assists the Gaddi’s Chef with the day to day operation of the kitchen, provides service to the Restaurants and its Private Dining Rooms if applicable.
Assists with creating, developing, costing and implementing of new dishes. Supports training, coaching and development efforts of all chefs in the team.
Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes as stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD). Fully supports and contributes to the company’s CSR initiatives.
Runs the Kitchen in all aspects during the Gaddi’s Chef’s absence.
