The Role
As the lead of the Commercial & Customer Relations Management team under Retail Experience & Education function, the Senior Manager shall actively involve in all the monitoring and development of the business in monthly & daily basis, with customer obsession mindset to create the biggest business impact through effective enablement Frontline Team.
The candidate will be responsible of leading a team of Sales Managers, Area Managers and Counter Managers to manage all POS within Hong Kong & Macau with regular communication to all Frontline to drive company goals in all aspects.
He / She will also formulate strategic plan to enhance retail experience and brand development together with the Director of Retail Experience & Education.
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Management
With sensitivity of Market dynamic, formulate innovative and solid medium-long term commercial strategy that will lead the brand to win market share and achieve the highest customer experience satisfaction
Build and achieve the short-term P&L goals for the business aligned to regional and local priorities
Strategically drive sales across Omni-channel to achieve business targets and increase competitiveness and sales productivity for existing channels with data-driven analytic approach.
Proactively plan and monitor sales progress, business potentials and provide market insight & translate into actionable strategic plan for brand business development
People Management
Demonstrate People First Leadership, lead and motivate all retail team to achieve assigned KPIs with agility, frequent review with all retail team including Frontline Managers on possible solution to maximize sales generating business opportunities with concreate building-block plan
Lead the team at the operational level, mentoring, coaching, motivating, communicating and driving for high engagement and excellent business results
Effectively lead all frontline activities including recruitment, staffing plan, commission, and incentive plan, work very closely with education team on people development
Customer Relations Management
Strategically Enhance Customer Experience satisfaction and NPS score with all-rounded analysis and formulate action plans from the insights of CX Survey study
Analyze, initiate and drive change ideas for the improvement of customer satisfaction across relevant channels with Retail Operations Excellence
Job Requirement :
Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline
At least 10 years of solid experience in retail management, preferably in Luxury Beauty industry, of which 5 years or above in managerial level, leading a sizable team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical capability
Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving with strong leadership and supervisory skill
Capable to deliver impactful business action plan
Strong people management skills, ability to influence people
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
Proficiency in English and Chinese
