Manage the Privacy Initiatives, i.e. update the Privacy Compliance Policy, perform the annual maturity assessment, coordinate the update of the personal data inventories, provide a classroom training to staff;
Being Subject-Matter Expert for fraud, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and outsourcing. Handle related business initiatives and enquiries;
Update the Compliance Manual;
Perform Compliance training to the General Agent;
Finalize the Systemic Integrity Risk Assessment;
Support compliance reporting to the Risk Committee and Board of Directors;
Work on ad-hoc tasks and other projects as when needed.
Requirements : Essential
Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or Law;
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Compliance (preferred), or other 2nd line functions within the financial services sector;
Strong knowledge of Privacy regulations and Standards;
Master degree and specific privacy certifications are desired.
Professional / Technical Competencies Required
Experience with Privacy, Risk Assessments, and conducting Compliance Trainings.

Team player, analytical with good business focused problem-solving skills
Good English skills. Chinese written skill is an advantage but not essential;
Strong presentation and influencing skills.
