BASIC FUNCTION

  • In the authority of Associate Director Marcomm and Trade Marketing, K&B Asia Pacific, assist in the MarketingStrategy development to attain the defined business objectives focusing on the channelsor interior designers, architects and developers;
  • drive the marketingcommunications activities to achieve the maximum performance at the highestefficiency, covering ASPAC markets outside China.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ØSupport marketing programs to drive sales and promote KOHLER brand leadership, focusing on the channels of interior designers, architects, developers and consumers in assigned area;
  • ØWork with Design Consulting team and project sales team to ensure they have the tools to penetrate top design firms and developers in the assigned region;
  • ØImplement and co-ordinate communication programs and merchandising support including seminars, trade shows, events, advertising and marketing materials as needed for communication at the channels dividing on interior designers, architects, and developers, and ensure that they comply with KOHLER standard and requirement.

    ØLead and Drive the Designer Loyalty program and work with local sales and marketing team to drive designer business directly

    ØResponsible for the creative assets production, photo shootings, campaign assets planning, work closely with various types of agencies

    ØWork with local marketing team on campaign roll out and tracking in the market

    ØCoordinate with ASPAC Marketing Communications team to develop advertising and marketing materials necessary to support communication at the focused channels.

    ØIdentify new opportunities and develop support programs to promote sales or company brands leadership through joint-promotion, partnerships and alliances with other brands and trade associations.

    ØAssist in ad hoc promotions and marketing programs as assigned to support the company’s marketing strategies and achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame.

    ØPlan and lead promotional activities of other new businesses or categories through the various channels as assigned by the management.

    ØConduct market researches and work with research houses.

    Skills / Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    ØUniversity graduate in business related disciplines

    ØWith a minimum of 7 years solid experience in consumer and trade promotions with MNCs

    ØWith a sound knowledge and solid experience in trade marketing and retail merchandising

    ØExcellent communication skills to work with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

    ØExcellent command of written and spoken English and spoken mandarin

    ØAdaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision

    ØPleasant, mature, self-motivated, results-oriented

    ØA team player and with good organization skills

    ØWilling to travel when required by business
