Job Description :
Our client, a prominent globally listed company, is looking to identify a Senior Human Resources Manager, C&B to formulate strategies and to drive best practices.
Key responsibilities include :
Work independently to develop and review assigned areas of human resources policies such as appointment and compensation and benefits;
pay and grading structure; salary review; performance and reward management; manpower planning and succession; market Bench-
marking exercises, etc.;
Work closely with the other senior members of the company to lead the implementation of changes in human resources policies and related change management;
Review, analyse and prepare reports / submissions with recommendations;
Provide inputs to overall people agenda of the company in alignment with its strategic goal and mission;
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources, Asia or her delegates.
The appointee may be assigned to undertake HR projects independently including human resources system development and implementation, incidents management and / or supervise delivery of specific operational function as required.
A recognised degree;
Extensive solid and relevant post-qualification experience at managerial level, preferably
gained from large organisations and with expertise in formulation of human resources policy and system development and implementation;
Great adaptability and a strong sense of ownership in driving various HR initiatives;
Strong leadership skills, with the courage and ability to come up with new ideas in pursuit of continuous improvements;
Critical thinking, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred; and
Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
