  • Prospect for leads - Increase exposure of company and explore new opportunities through different channels like SEO, ecommerce platform, exhibitions and partners
  • Qualify the prospect - Set up appointments and make presentations with potential customers; manage customer inquiries by providing prompt and accurate reply regarding product information, price quotation, technical capabilities and installations etc.
  • Close the sale - Manage quotations and orders from customers by coordinating progress of internal departments; reporting new updates or challenges to customer throughout installations and training;
  • Cross-sell and ask for referrals Maintain good relationships with existing clients to answer inquiries, cross / up-sell complimentary products, capture opportunities from their growth and expansion, and to get referrals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing channel and provide improvement suggestions
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good sales hunter with solid successful experience working in a sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ready to deliver and able to achieve goals
  • Can manage, maintain and grow a target client base
  • Hard work ethic and are eager to learn
  • Organized and thorough when completing tasks and overseeing projects
  • Can work independently but also as a good team player
  • Desire to work for a software company and ability to understand and convey technical concepts
  • Strong business acumen, judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a can-do attitude
  • Good F&B networks and domain knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
