We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Credit Control Services Operations Support .
Lead and direct Operations Support team to perform Quality Assurance Monitoring and Operational Risk Management for Collection, Secured Lending and Unsecured Lending to ensure all the functions are performed in adherence to the regulatory requirements.
Responsible for Credit Bureau Management to manage the relationship between the bank and credit bureau agency and support regional initiatives.
Conduct Operational audits regularly and ensure all the audit comments are completed properly within the committed timelines.
Responsible for submitting accurate annual budget plan and performing expense tracking and management of variance report.
Develop Business Continuity plan for all functions in accordance with the bank requirements and perform business continuity testing and drill to ensure the effectiveness
Drive transformational programs to achieve changes to processes and technology.
Oversee change structure, governance, prioritization and planning, delivery and benefits tracking processes.
Ensure all control deficiencies that is MSII and Audit findings, are adequately closed within agreed timeframes.
University graduate, related field or equivalent experience.
Extensive years of executive experience as well as extensive knowledge of retail banking facility products and related risk or operations.
Solid experience in managing operating functions and process reengineering is necessary.
Goal oriented with strong commercial acumen and ability to maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
Knowledge of retail credit services and or the Business Risk Control Management role.
Analytical and review skills with the ability to draw the correct conclusions from reviews.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management.
