Job Responsibilities :
Work with Global insight team and local research agencies to conduct market research on industry trend and / or competitive analysis.
Develop unique IG USPs that appeal to the local target markets
Develop a marketing plan for IG Greater China to increase awareness and build IG to be a trusted brand in the Greater China region
Manage the marketing budgets and forecasts for the Greater China region
Effectively manage the media agencies to implement targeted and tactical media campaigns that build a brand profile, drive new accounts and revenue.
Manage the creative process, including agency relationships, to develop and deliver impactful and effective online / digital and offline advertising campaigns
Promote IG brand thru participating in highly regarded professional seminars / workshops and prepare IG for different award nominations
Manage the local marketing team ensuring objectives are set, appraisals conducted, etc.
Develop overall client experience across platform, mobile, My IG, IG Community, email and website. Ensure high level of consistencies being maintained across the platform
Roll-out best in class content through articles, journey’s and communications
Utilise data and insight to understand client behaviour, delivering them with relevant content leading to improving overall engagement
Utilise the development of a regional CRM team to drive growth in product users and decrease in client churn through personalisation and tailoring of content throughout the customer life-cycle
Know our client, implement behavioural trends based on client modelling to predict what clients are after, to help drive growth in product usage and revenue, as well as overall customer satisfaction
Work alongside the service team to create unique client experiences, rewarding their trading activity with IG
15+ years marketing and client engagement experience
Digitally savvy marketer. Deep online marketing communications experience, particularly in PPC, display, social, EDMs.
Ability to test and iterate in order to drive conversion activity.
Analytically minded. Can build a business case and knows the levers to pull to achieve KPIs.
Experience with signing and executing co-marketing partnerships.
Ability to provide own analysis and also manage bespoke / third-party research
Experience in offline advertising and media.
Understanding of SEO and effective agile development of websites
Experience in managing PR activity and campaigns
Experience of working on multi-language and multi-market brands
Read and speak fluent Chinese
