In light of Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, HKEX has newly established the Central Client Services Department with the mission of becoming a trusted partner to HKEX's Sales & Marketing in meeting clients' needs and expectations.
The Central Client Services is looking for a motivated Officer to join its Client Interfacing & General Support team.
Job responsibilities :
Provide support for critical daily operations and independently performing operational duties such as maintenance of Exchange Participant database, trading facilities setup, testing arrangements, preparation of reports to regulator, handling hotline and email enquiries from Exchange Participants
Build on-line application forms on an in-house web application platform
Provide support in performing user acceptance tests, document test results
Perform administrative tasks and assist other team members in ad-hoc tasks
Job requirements :
University degree in any discipline or above
1 - 2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and / or Operations
A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships
Great self-organisation, task prioritisation, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
Knowledge in securities / finance / customer services with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets
Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in programming is an advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
