Responsible for scheduling meetings as requested by liaising with other AXA departments as well as external parties
Prepare the powerpoint for presentation, draft English and Chinese correspondence in terms of emails, letters & memos (both internal & external)
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Handling general administrative duties, such as expenses claim, documentation etc
Assist in planning internal functions, activities and events
Assist in general office administration work as required
University graduate preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in secretarial duties in multi-national companies
Proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written, with good communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Proficiency in PC skills including WORD, Excel & Powerpoint
Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
