About our client :
Our client is a well-established fashion retail company in the region. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team.
As the key member of the regional team, the successful candidate will have to oversee and maintain the daily operation of the shop including but not limited to the following responsibilities :
Job responsibilities :
Maximize retail sales and ensure optimum shop operations;
Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff;
Provide effective coaching, leadership and motivation for shop management teams;
Maintain and provide high-quality service standard for customers;
Interact with internal departments;
Plan monthly sales promotion and activities and implement at shops effectively;
Review and analyze sales performances by shops, product lines and promotions;
Effective implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and housekeeping standards;
Monitor budgets including staff cost, stock loss and shop expenses; and
Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and procedures for shop operation.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent discipline; and
Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience with at least 5 years at managerial role, apparel retail experience is definitely an advantage.
Excellent communication skill (written and spoken English and Chinese);
Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel;
Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
Excellent leadership, coaching skills and good team player;
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
