Position Description

GT&O is an organization of more than 100,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Through operations in more than 35 countries, GT&O provides end-

to-end technology and fulfillment to individual consumers, small businesses, middle-market businesses and large corporations.

This role is within the team of Corporate Accounts Payable. We are looking for someone who will provide professional client services to internal clients and external vendors.

If you have the experience handling invoice processing, processing foreign currencies and VAT (Value Added Tax), you may not want to miss this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice processing.
  • Handle invoice research and vendor call backs.
  • Provide professional client services to internal clients and external vendors
  • Review the employee reimbursement expense claims and ensure fully compliance with internal guidelines and Global Expense Standards
  • Perform Corporate card Transactions Reconciliation for China
  • Follow-up with cardholders to get the personal charges settled with corporate card upon request by card team.
  • Post correct accounting entries in GBS and Oracle within deadline
  • Process Foreign currency vendor payment transactions to ensure full compliance with local tax and audit regulatory ruling
  • Perform VAT verification for China local currency invoices
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist in Corp. card administration
  • Assist business units to resolve Corporate card payment issues
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports
  • Maintain accurate time keeping records
  • Liaise with internal teams to support audit.
  • Assist to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Key Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 6-8 years of work experience in accounts payable and / or finance
  • Proficient in handling MS office
  • Understanding of China VAT
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to act proactively and independently
  • Positive outlook and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skill.
