Assistant StrategicPlanning Manager, Segmentation (Banking)
A reputable China-basedBank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Strategic Planning Manager to join her StrategicPlanning Division.
Responsibilities :
Support on formulating customer strategies todrive customer growth and profitability
Assist to implement and monitor the segmentstrategies through initiatives on acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade,customer loyalty and retention
Assist to formulate and implement customersegment strategies to achieve the business targets, improve customer experienceand explore customer financial needs
Assist to design and implement an integratedsales & service platform, end-to-end sales process for frontline includingplanning, sales discussion and activities effectively
Monitor sales channels’ performance onacquisition, mainly work with direct sales and Branch
Perform client profitability analysis,identify gaps and propose action plans to improve lead conversion and revenuegeneration from deposit or investment of specific segment
Work closely withProduct Development Division to drive product sales and business
Organize activities and events to improvecustomer satisfaction
Manage marketing budget to optimizeacquisition spending effectively
Prepare regular MIS and managementpresentation
Requirements :
Degree Holder in Marketing or relateddiscipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience inbanking industry, preferably relevant experience in customer segmentation ormarketing
Good Interpersonal, communication andanalytical skills
Independent, attentive to details,customer-oriented, positive and proactive working attitude
Strong planning, organization and timemanagement skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able towork under pressure
Good command of written English and Chinese
