  • Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and extend support to our existing clients in the region on their requirements with a particular focus on talent requirements.
  • Develop new leads of clients across the Asia Pacific region with value-added services of meeting clients in different parts of the region.
  • This role needs to attend networking events, conferences and meetings with our existing clients and potential clients.
  • Provide recruitment solutions and advice to clients that contribute to their businesses
  • Manage and execute recruitment process from liaising with clients, sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, selection and closing process etc
  • Work with other team members, provide guidance and training to team members when necessary
  • Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business / management field
  • At least 4 to 10 years of working experience in the field of recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, logical, solution-driven and results-oriented
  • Good commercial sense with business development experience
  • Experienced working with regional or global team set-up would be a strong advantage
