Job Description :
Responsible for regular incentive / bonus calculations and incentive analysis
Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Participates in domestic and international third-party compensation surveys. Evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of Arrow’s salary structures, incentive programs and other pay practices.
Ensures appropriate job matches of Arrow’s jobs to survey positions
Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job grading revisions and organizational structures
Assist in the administration of the annual performance increase process including : administration of the compensation planning system, analysis, communication and delivering training to HR Consultants, Business Partners, etc.
Support to make proposals and recommendations on all compensation related programs and plans
To Carry Out The Above, You Will Need To Have :
Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations with strong sustainable articulation on problem solving
Strong in-depth knowledge of organization policies and procedures; knowledge of functional area and understands how work may impact other areas such as HRBP, Recruitment etc.
Comprehensive knowledge of the organization's employee benefits function and programs and can address unique circumstances as cater for certain business needs or growth
Proven strong writing, speaking, and group presentation skills in order to present information in a clear and concise manner to multiple levels in the organization
Other Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management of a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Excellent in Excel
Self-motivated, resourceful, result- and detail-oriented
Good team player; ability to work independently and under pressure
Be pro-active with can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
