Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of F&B projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress for online and offline activations.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
Perform other related duties or ad hoc task as assigned.
Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising or any related disciplines.
2 years of solid experience in F&B project and event management; familiar with e-commerce is an advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, collaborative and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skill to liaise with various vendors to execute design projects.
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
Great computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
