Our Client, a famous toy company is now looking for the following candidate

Job Description

  • Prepare and update the HR monthly attendance and reports
  • Assist in the application and renewal of employment working visa / travel visa for Expatriates and / or local staff
  • Handle name card & body check issue
  • Process the employees' medical claims form
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR system, recruitment, training when necessary
  • Prepare HR supporting documents, data entry and filing
  • Ad-hoc projects and other HR / administration duties
  • Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
  • Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • JLPT N2 holder is an advantage
