Main Responsibilities :
Manage the security control room / warehouse and take stock for all materials, equipment and accessories. Regular checking and inspection of the stock items.
Manage the day to day payment operations of the team.
Monitoring the service vendor to provide proper maintenance and repairing service for Bank premises.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties to facilitate the smooth functioning of the team.
DisplayQualifications("- BA / BS degree in Security Management, Facility Management or related area or ability to demonstrate a work-based equivalent
Experience in corporate security and facility management is preferable
Knowledge of security management in banking industry is preferable
Proficient in MS office applications, including Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Written and spoken fluency in English / Putonghua required, and
Willingness to work at irregular hours as required
