Job duties :
Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
Perform administrative duties
Job Requirements :
Form 5 or above with Diploma / Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
At least 7 years of relevant property management experience
Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer
