As an Account Strategist Lead, you will report into the Agency Lead and take responsibility for the business and client / agency business growth, operations, management, training, coaching and support of the Account Strategist.
You'll strive to enable the Account Strategist to always reach for performance goals in productivity and growth. You will work as a team with a wide variety of agencies and end clients to deliver success with optimal advertising solutions for every partner.
Your knowledge of agency landscape, export business, online media combined with your business skills and analytical abilities shapes how the accounts in the program will grow.
You will help the Account Strategist set the vision and the strategy for their clients and how they can grow and transform their businesses.
As a Lead, you'll lead and coach an Account Strategist team to use consultative business skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses.
You will also work with the Agency Lead to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
