Responsibilities : Role Overview

Role Overview

  • Consultant with advanced corporate wellbeing knowledge, experience using consulting skills to apply health improvement strategies, and a proven track record leading client projects and teams
  • Manages pipeline of commercial opportunities and drives outcomes to meet the practice’s revenue targets
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data is required; ability to develop conclusions from analyses and apply health improvement results to the organization’s business needs
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and approaches for improving population health
  • Uses knowledge to provide consultative advice and recommendations within specific functional areas
  • Networks with internal and external stakeholders in the wellbeing and health improvement space, with the goal of building partnerships and relationships that add value to clients
  • Client Engagement

  • Pursues and engages in strategic discussions with clients, and leads client work, discussions and meetings
  • Participates in data analysis and problem-solving to create scalable solutions that address health improvement and benefit strategies, improve productivity and performance
  • Works independently, often directing the efforts of others through project management
  • Undertakes other duties that may be assigned from time to time by reporting manager
  • Partner Network

  • Holds deep subject matter expertise of the wellbeing vendor landscape and various regulatory requirements across APAC, including leave policies, statutory health check requirements, on-site screening standards, etc.
  • Retains strong strategic partnerships with external vendors and maintains database of preferred partners through relationship building and contracting
  • Partners and participates in wellbeing-related trade organizations and conferences to position Aon as a leading consultant in the space
  • Works with local government and independent health authorities to advocate on behalf of client needs and challenges
  • Acts as intermediary between vendor and client
  • Technical Abilities / Innovation

  • Seeks ways to innovate, bringing fresh and new ideas to improve efficiency while maintaining quality
  • Drives best practices by championing consistent processes, tools, and techniques for profitable delivery, continual improvement in quality standards to meet overall business goals
  • Upon collection and manipulation of data, understands the results of the analysis, identifies and resolves inconsistencies, and can make advanced recommendations / interpretations
  • Applies judgment and learnings from one project to another
  • Requirements :

  • Undergraduate degree in health-related field, Master degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry and / or consulting
  • Experience in the development and delivery of new products and consulting services
  • Proven contributor with who can demonstrate strong client management and business development skills
  • Excellent all-round communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a range of audiences
  • Positive attitude and strong focus on teamwork, ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Focused on achievement, targets and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and confidentially
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
