Manager, Business Development
Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island


This role is responsible for expanding the group’s market share. The individual will need to have an existing professional network of business relationships with intermediaries and other market parties, so as to be able to bring in new business comprising of company formation, company secretarial, fund-set up and Trust services, whilst maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek and identify new business opportunities
  • Enhance existing relationships with all parties in the industry
  • Maintain client information and potential business in salesforce
  • Understand the range and nature of all Vistra’s services so that clients’ needs are best satisfied
  • Exceed sales target
  • Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with offshore and HK company laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage coordinator of a complex range of multiple jurisdictions proposals across multiple business lines
  • Strong network within the industry
  • Highly focused and self-motivated
  • Commercially driven mind-set and team player
  • Relevant Experience

  • 5-8+ years of experience in corporate services sector, CPA or Law firm, sales experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales capacity
  • Education

  • College degree
  • Computer Skills

  • Microsoft Office applications, especially with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Languages

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
