University Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or professional IT qualification.
Fluent writing and reading English.
Has a good service attitude and team work spirits.
Good communication skill, honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility.
8 year or above related working experience in MNC.
Has the experience to setup and maintain all kinds of servers.
Familiar with Windows system, MS office and networking products (e.g. router and switch, VPN, MPLS, Cisco Router etc.).
Familiar with firewall, local area network construction, security network products and maintenance. Has a deeper understanding of principle of network security.
Familiar with CCTV and telephone system operation.
Can handle breakdown of computers and other equipment.
Play as a leader role for monitor and provide IT services including helpdesk support, network monitoring upon company standard policies in agreed service level.
Assist IT Operations Manager to implement IT policy and execute projects as needed.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide help desk support on all IT aspects including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
Maintain high system availability and ensure all applications work properly.
Perform regular system monitoring, data backup, server administration, application and network device performance and provide troubleshooting when problem arise.
Perform server setup and administration on company infrastructure.
Assist in project implementation and develop and establish IT policies and guidelines.
Propose and execute continuous improvements on infrastructure operations.
Manage the documentation of all changes, upgrades and new implementations as appropriate.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
