Job Descriptions

  • Lead a marketing team and drive the implementation of marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead the Integrated Marketing plan with business goal alignment across both Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Oversee all end-to-end marketing and marketing communications planning, strategy, execution and optimization across all business unit.
  • Support business units through sales enablement, having team execute local events and developing local customer reference.
  • Develop the overall strategy and manage full spectrum of marketing related activities including public relations, advertising strategies, exhibitions, seminars, press conferences, media briefing, customer retention events.
  • Formulate marketing, PR and advertising strategies and plans for Greater China.
  • Budget control for each marketing strategies, ensure an effective cost control on each program
  • Occasional travel to Greater China region to ensure regional marketing and PR activities are running smoothly
  • Work closely with corporate sales and product team to launch up-to-the-minutes bundles / packages
  • Develop, attract and retain top Marketing talent
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in marketing, business administration, communications or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years relevant marketing experience in IT or Internet industry with at least 5 years in managerial position
  • Experience of government relations in priority.
  • Experience in dealing with strategic, complex issues and challenges in a highly-matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and cross-collaboration skills
  • Exceptional skill and executive maturity in exerting influence and impact with executives and senior leaders in the company.
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Independent, energetic, hardworking, spontaneous and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player and leader with outgoing, presentable, aggressive, highly self-motivated and result-driven characteristics
  • Occasional travel is required
