Perform general reception duties include handling incoming phone calls, mails and courier service, conference room booking and set up, as well as greeting guests in a professional manner
Perform all office administration duties such as stationery ordering, name card printing arrangement, pantry supplies, office maintenance, attendance system maintenance, IT vendors management, bills and expense reimbursement, travel arrangement, etc.
so as to maintain a smooth and efficient operation of the office
Prepare the monthly record for employee leave application, copiers meter usage, miscellaneous expenses and office machine warranties in a timely manner
Maintain all office equipment in good condition and follow up the repair and maintenance issues
Maintain a service providers directory and maintain business relationships with office vendors such as office supplies, IT vendor, management officer, contractors, travel agency and telecom etc.
and to manage equipment installations / maintenance, procurement and receiving and other operational logistics
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in administration and reception duties, preferably gained from financial institutions
Excellent telephone manner, good communication skill and interpersonal skills
Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently
Positive working attitude with people-orientated and cheerful characters
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua ,Cantonese and English is preferred
Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is highly preferred
Fresh graduates are in priority
