Our client is one of the leading and sizable retail firm selling luxury items, with around 80 stores in Hong Kong and over 500 POS in Greater China.
Manage all round retail and sales operation for assigned district, including but not limited to frontline staff management, execution of sales and marketing activities, store operation and administration, customer services
Work closely with respective department with the objective to maximize the sales and operation performance, such as VM, marketing and promotion, merchandising planning, facilities management, branding, etc.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ activities, and hence to recommend strategies and plans to react the market response with the objective to gain and maximize the overall sales performance
Drive the team to maximize the sales performance to achieve sales target as well as execute various sales and marketing initiatives towards the business direction
Responsible for talent hiring and retention, perform staff coaching to achieve targets and define potential talents for growing
Drive for the implementation of various policies, initiatives and activities as well as ensure all procedure and operations within the stores are compliance with Corporate standard
Compile various sales report with meaningful analysis and forecast on a regular basis for business planning
Requirement : :
Tertiary education or above
5+ years of experience area management experience, preferably gained from international brand
Strong numerical sense and analytical skill, highly presentable and be able to demonstrate an excellent leadership style
Self-motivate, creative, result-oriented, independent and good problem solving skill
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
