The Operations Clerk will report directly to the Director of Operations based in San Francisco. The scope of this position includes, but is not limited to : Creating commercial invoices for shipmentsProcessing orders for the wholesale and e-commerce teamInvoicing and closing out orders for the wholesale and e-commerce teamRun inventory reports on a weekly basisUpdating our wholesale marketplaces with new product info.
and imagesThis position requires a minimum of 2 years of prior working experience in an office environment. Proficiency in Excel with various functions like vlookup and pivot tables is a must.
