Your role

  • Monitor and facilitate merchant onboarding for HKT Merchant Services’ range of payment products
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of merchant onboarding process + experience improvement
  • Handle and resolve client requests and complaints
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep track on business performance
  • Perform analysis to support process enhancement to increase workflow efficiency and minimize customer churn
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required from Customer Success Lead
  • Job Location : Hong Kong

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • Logic-oriented with an eye to identify opportunities to improve operations processes
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a highly matrix environment
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and active listener
