Job Description : Your role
Monitor and facilitate merchant onboarding for HKT Merchant Services’ range of payment products
Work with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of merchant onboarding process + experience improvement
Handle and resolve client requests and complaints
Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep track on business performance
Perform analysis to support process enhancement to increase workflow efficiency and minimize customer churn
Perform ad hoc tasks as required from Customer Success Lead
Job Location : Hong Kong
To succeed in this role
Bachelor’s degree in business related field
Logic-oriented with an eye to identify opportunities to improve operations processes
Highly organized and able to multi-task in a highly matrix environment
Self-driven and proactive nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and active listener
